Officially Migrated to .NET 4.0

We have officially migrated the WheelMUD source code to .NET 4.0. Our whole supporting stack is also running on .NET 4.0.

You can use the following IDEs:

Visual Studio 2010 Professional and higher
Visual C# 2010 Express
SharpDevelop 4.0

The Express edition has its own solution file. SharpDevelop can open the regular solution fine.
