We had a close call last night. There was a lightning strike very close to my house. The resulting electro-magnetic pulse (EMP) fried some equipment. The satellite dish that provides my internet connection is a gonner, and so is one of the computers in the house.

This means that part of the website are non fuctional. Here's a list of what won't work for now:

My internet provider is sending somebody sometime this Wednesday. You know how these service provider companies are; they want you to waste a whole day waiting for one of their techs to show up.

These website functions will be restored, once the satellite dish is replaced/fixed.
