Welcome to the home of WheelMUD, we continue to be a project dedicated to the creation of a Windows based MUD server built using .net framework 4.0 and C#
This is to serve as a notice to spammers... Spam will not be tolerated here. I know that you are now resorting to creating accounts to post crap. I will delete anything that even smells like spam, then I will nuke your account immediately. This is the only warning to spammers. Have a nice day!
Thanks, Your invisible and friendly system administrator.

I got WheelForge moved to Athena. I also took the time to update BugNet, the underlying software running it.
Please report any weirdness.
Thanks!
I've successfully moved several of our web-based tools to Athena, the new server in the picture in the previous post. I've ordered a second and third 1U servers. These will be replacements for HERCULES, and VULCAN. The Dell servers I have are way too noisy for my house. The funny thing is that Athena is a dual-core 1.6 Ghz Atom server, and it has several orders of magnitude more disk storage space than the two PowerEdge 1850 servers.
I spent most of the day yesterday, and part of today, getting one of the sites I host, moved to Athena. Stupid thing finally came up a few minutes ago. I just don't have more energy to move the rest of the stuff yet. So for now, WheelForge is down, until I get it moved.
Alright, I got the new hardware up on the rack.
The server came with CentOS. That will go away. In its place, I'll put Windows 2008 R2 server. Let the fun begin!
Here's the new hardware for WheelMUD stuff. What you see here is a SuperMicro Intel Atom Dual-Core CPU 330 1.60Ghz 1U Server with 2 GB Mem and 1 TB HDD. The appliances with a bunch of ports are Compaq Series EO1004B 8 Port KVM Switches. One works, and the other is for parts. I'm planning on getting at least 3 more 1U servers after this. I have a couple Dell PowerEdge 1U servers, but they are way too loud for my house.
Please note that some of the services will be down a few times, while I transition everything to the new rack mounted hardware. I will post notices when I start doing this.
